We, the coordinators of EuroPlanet Colombia’s activities, reaffirm our commitment to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, free from any form of harassment, discrimination, or defamation toward participants.
Under no circumstances will harassment or abuse—whether verbal, physical, psychological, or symbolic—be tolerated on the basis of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), nationality, or technological preference.
Any behavior involving harassment, intimidation, or defamation will be treated with the utmost seriousness and will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Sexual imagery, language, or conduct, as well as actions that promote stereotypes or discriminatory discourse, are strictly prohibited in all EuroPlanet Colombia spaces and activities, including conferences, workshops, posters, audiovisual materials, and any associated electronic media (such as virtual platforms, emails, or chats).
Should any situation arise that violates this Code, an ad hoc committee will assess the case and take appropriate action. In the event of a serious incident, any member of the coordinating committee is authorized to act immediately to stop the inappropriate behavior.
